License

By purchasing ANY Component from JoomlaElements you have agreed to this License.

This license is for installing the component in ONE production server (non-public) and for ONE public site

JoomlaElements reserves the right to change, without notice, the specifications, drawings and information contained in the terms of service.

JoomlaElements will take every effort to fix bugs, errors and further functionality. BUT JoomlaElements does not assume responsibility for any errors which may appear. JoomlaElements' Components are provided without warranty of any kind whether express, statutory or implied, including all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Components are provided on an "as it is" basis.

JoomlaElements will take every effort to help restore lost or damaged information if possible. But JoomlaElements  shall in no event be liable for any direct, consequential, incidental, indirect or special damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In particular, JoomlaElements shall have no liability for any damage loss or corruption of data or programs stored in or used in conjunction with JoomlaElements' Components, nor shall the authors be liable for the cost of retrieving or replacing damaged lost or corrupted data.

This license restricts the following with respect to the components:

Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, modify, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based upon the Components software in whole or in part without permission of JoomlaElements; transmit the component to any person, unless the original package and its whole original content is transmitted, and that this person accepts to be bound by the terms and conditions of this software license agreement and warranty.

This license shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your country. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of this license to be unenforceable, the other provisions of this limited warranty and software license agreement shall remain in effect without limitation. 

Limited Use Granted

You may use each individual product on a single website only, belonging to either you or your client. You have to purchase the same component once more in order to make another project with the same design. 

Modifications

You are NOT authorized to make any modification(s) to our products!

Unauthorized Use

You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from JoomlaElements.

Assignability

Ownership

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of JoomlaElements.com. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

Return Policy

Since our company is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing. Please make sure that you've carefully read all relavent documentation and tried out the demo if available. We only make exceptions with this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis in agreement of the parties concerned. The deadline for any refund claim is one week after the delivery date.
